I wanted to send you something from the world of Chaos and Creation.
The Outlaw’s Daughter is a standalone short story set before the main saga begins. It takes you back to Alderland under occupation, where resistance is already taking shape and Garrad Ironband is still becoming the man readers will later come to know.
At his side is a young girl whose true significance, and the meaning of the final words left to her by her mother, will reach far beyond this story.
The Kickstarter experiment has now run its course, and I’m turning my attention back to what matters most: the stories and the readers who enjoy them.
